A 96" wide full-service pass-over glass sneeze guard that bolts to the counter between your staff and guests.
The Hatco Flav-R-Shield ORBIT100-96 is a stationary pass-over sneeze guard for full-service buffet lines and serving stations. It spans 96" post center to post center in 3 bays on 18" high posts. The 3/8" tempered glass face panels rotate in 15 degree steps and have extra circular openings for height adjustment, and the 1" brushed stainless steel posts mount to stainless, stone or laminate counters.
Mark the flange locations from the 96" post center spacing before you drill.
Patented face panel turns in 15 degree increments to suit how your staff serve across the counter.

3/8" tempered glass with 3/4" radius corners and flat polished edges.
Only 2.2" from the end of the flange to the edge of the panel, so it takes little counter space across 96".
1" SAE 304 brushed stainless steel posts, 18" high, in 3 bays.
The posts are 96" apart center to center and the unit is 98" wide outside the flanges. The posts are 18" high and the glass sits 2.2" from the end of the flange.
Each post sits in a 2" flange that screws to the counter. Hatco recommends 2" long #8 countersunk screws for most surfaces; requirements vary by surface and fasteners are not included.
No. 18" deep, 1/4" thick tempered glass end panels with hardware are an accessory, one or two, that can be added at any time.

As custom options Hatco offers 18" to 30" posts, face panel widths of 24" to 65-3/4" per bay, right, left or no end panel, above or below counter compression flanges and a light bar. This listing is the standard 18" post model.
