A three-shelf heated display that keeps sliced pizza and other unwrapped food hot and lit for impulse sales at the counter.
The Hatco PDH-55T is the bottom, three-shelf unit of Hatco's Product Heated Shelves. Each shelf has blanket-type base heat plus overhead heat, so unwrapped pizza and similar foods hold at serving temperature, and energy-efficient LED light channels show the food to customers. It holds up to nine 16" pizzas on 51-1/2" x 18-3/4" of usable shelf space. Tempered glass side panels swing out for cleaning, and one on/off switch runs all three shelves. The matching PSH-55D two-shelf storage unit can mount on top for boxed carry-out orders.
Have an electrician confirm a 120/208-240V circuit with a NEMA L14-20R receptacle before the unit arrives; it does not plug into a standard wall outlet.

Yes. The PSH-55D two-shelf storage unit is designed to sit on top of the PDH-55T and comes with brackets and cord clips to attach it.
Tempered glass side panels are standard. Glass panels on the customer side are an option that must be chosen at order.
Turn it off, unplug it and let it cool. Wipe inside and outside surfaces with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, and clean the hinged side glass and any front glass with standard glass cleaner. Do not use a jet spray.
Hatco's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months, counted from shipment or from product registration, whichever is later. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of shipment.
