The Hatco PFST-2X Flav-R-Savor tall dry holding cabinet uses gentle, even, non-humidified heat to keep boxed or bagged pizzas at serving temperature. Its eight-shelf rack on 5" centers holds up to 16 boxed pizzas (18" square x 2-5/16" high maximum) or eight bagged pizzas, and six of the shelves are removable. Tempered glass sides let staff check delivery rotation at a glance, and the cabinet recovers temperature quickly after the door opens and closes. The PFST-2X has front and rear access doors for pass-through loading. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
