A two-shelf heated holding unit that keeps boxed carry-out orders warm until pickup, built to sit on top of the PDH-55T display.
The Hatco PSH-55D is the top, two-shelf unit of Hatco's Product Heated Shelves. Both shelves have blanket-type base heat only, which suits boxed pizza and other packaged carry-out orders. The unit is enclosed except on the operator side, and the closed customer side can carry magnetic signs. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet. Brackets and cord clips are included to attach it to the top of a PDH-55T, or it can be sealed to a countertop with NSF-approved sealant.
Stacked on a PDH-55T, the pair is about 47" tall; check the height under any shelf or menu board above the counter.
Blanket elements on both shelf bases give base heat for boxed or wrapped carry-out food.

Turn it off, unplug it and let it cool, then wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. The unit is not jet-proof, so do not use a jet spray.
Hatco's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months, counted from shipment or from product registration, whichever is later. Register the unit with Hatco within 90 days of shipment.
