The Hatco PWB-12 is a built-in plate warmer that holds up to 25 plates up to 12" in diameter. Its doorless, open front uses a heated air curtain, so staff can load and grab plates without opening a door. A covered digital control sets the temperature from 104°F to 122°F, and LED lighting lights the interior from the top. It slides into a cabinet cut-out and seals to the cabinet face with its front flange. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet (NEMA 5-15P).
Keep it at least 1" from combustible walls, in a room that stays at 70°F or warmer, away from fans, vents and doors.
