The Hatco SW2-7QT Soup Station holds pre-heated soup at safe serving temperatures in two round wells sized for 7-quart (7 liter) pans. Each well has its own heating element and an infinite switch with indicator light on the nearest end of the unit, so you can run one or both. The insulated stainless steel body has recessed handles and plugs into a standard 120V outlet with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Order it in stainless steel or Designer Black, and add the upper shelf, reversible back, cup rail and magnetic graphics to build a merchandising station.
Plan counter depth for the 15.375" body plus 4-1/2" if you add the cup rail.
