The Hatco SWB-11QT Dry Soup Well heats a 11-quart round pan gently and evenly without water. It rethermalizes, then switches to hold automatically, and adjustable stir timers tell staff when it is time to stir. The touchscreen comes with four customizable presets and six preset temperatures, and a screen lock keeps settings from being changed. This built-in model drops into a 12.05" round countertop cutout, with the controls in a remote box on a 6.56 ft. conduit.

Hatco covers it for 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Damage to countertop material is not covered.
