The Hatco SWC-11QT Dry Soup Well heats a 11-quart round pan gently and evenly without water. It rethermalizes, then switches to hold automatically, and adjustable stir timers tell staff when it is time to stir. The touchscreen comes with four customizable presets and six preset temperatures, and a screen lock keeps settings from being changed. This countertop model has a Bold Black finish (SWC11QTBB515).
Keep it away from exhaust hoods, air conditioning ducts and exterior doors; strong air movement affects holding.
