A vertical conveyor toaster that loads 3 slices across and toasts up to 22 slices a minute for busy breakfast and burger lines.
The Hatco Toast King TK-135B toasts buns only, on one side, up to 22 slices per minute on the highest setting. Three-basket access makes loading fast, and baskets are 3 slices wide (14.5" W x 4.63" H). Conveyor speed, not temperature, sets toast color, and a power-saving thermostat cuts energy use in slow periods. Toast drops into a warm, dry storage area on a tray that extends 3-1/2". Pick 208V or 240V on the listing to match your building; 220V and 240V 50 Hz export versions come with a cord and no plug.
Hardwired connection is possible where local code requires conduit; Hatco says to use a licensed electrician for that.

It toasts buns only, on one side. Buns up to 5-1/2" wide and Texas toast up to 1-1/4" thick fit.
Hatco recommends about 20 to 30 minutes of warm-up before toasting.
A security package (control cover, bracket, mounting hardware and fuse cover) at purchase, and 4" adjustable legs (set of 4) anytime. Baskets for jumbo buns are also available.
Hatco covers the metal sheathed conveyor toaster elements for 1 year parts and labor plus 1 more year parts only. Other components carry 18 months parts and labor. Register within 90 days of factory shipment.
