Hatco TQ-800 Toast-Qwik Conveyor Toaster, 2" Opening, 14 Slices/Min, 208/240V
Description
A countertop conveyor toaster that sets toast color by conveyor speed, for steady breakfast and sandwich volume.
The Hatco TQ-800 is a second-generation Toast-Qwik horizontal conveyor toaster. Hatco rates it at 14 slices per minute, up to 800 slices per hour. The 2" high opening takes products up to 1-3/4" thick and 9-5/8" wide. Toast color is set by conveyor speed, not temperature, and the ColorGuard sensing system keeps it even through busy periods.

Speed sets the color
Conveyor speed, not temperature, sets toast color, so you can change the setting instantly when the product changes.
ColorGuard sensing
Hatco's patented ColorGuard system monitors the chamber and adjusts conveyor speed during heavy use for even color.
Power Save mode
Power Save runs the toaster at 50% power in slow periods, with a flashing indicator light. Full power returns within 10 minutes.
Front or rear discharge
Set it up to send toast to the operator side or to the server side, whichever fits your line.
Cool, insulated cabinet
Insulation and an interior fan keep outside surfaces cooler, and the toast storage area keeps bread warm and dry.
Stainless construction
Stainless steel cabinet with powder coated black lower side covers; includes the toast collector pan, feed ramp and removable crumb tray.
Delivery and setup
- Inspect the carton for damage before you sign, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Place it on a level, sturdy counter with the clearances above. Pick front or rear discharge first, then install the discharge chute and toast collector pan for that side.
- Plug it into a properly grounded receptacle of the right voltage and plug type, on its own circuit. If the plug and receptacle do not match, have an electrician install the right receptacle.
- Do not toast coated or buttered products such as garlic bread, cheese sandwiches or sweet rolls; Hatco says residue hurts performance and voids the warranty.
