The Hatco UGAHL-72D3 is an Ultra-Glo high watt ceramic dual strip heater with lights: Hatco model UGAHL-72D with two heating elements side by side and a 3" spacer, 72" wide and 15" deep. A pre-focused heat pattern concentrates heat at the edges of the holding area, where heat loss is greatest, and 6 shatter-resistant incandescent lights show the food. It is rated 6,360 W at every voltage, built for 120/208 or 120/240V single phase, chosen when you order, and is hardwired by an electrician.

Hatco lists 22" to 26" above a non-combustible surface for dual high watt models. Mount it at least 1" below a shelf and 3" from the back wall, and never above or around combustible surfaces. Allow 15 to 20 minutes to reach operating temperature.
It is the spacer between the two heating elements. Hatco builds model UGAHL-72D with a 3" spacer (15" deep with a remote box) or a 6" spacer (18" deep). This listing has the 3" spacer.
Yes. Hatco Chef LED bulbs, CLED-3000-120 warm or CLED-4000-120 cool, fit UGAL and UGAHL models. They are for pass-through use only, rotated down, with the unit 18" to 22" or higher above the surface.
Clear anodized aluminum is standard. Hatco's price list prices Designer colors and Gloss finishes for 18" to 36" housings, so ask us about color on this 72" size before you order.
Hatco's limited warranty runs 18 months from shipment or registration, whichever is later. Coated light bulbs and fuses are not covered. Register within 90 days of shipment.
