A plug-in countertop warmer that keeps fries and fried foods hot under a radiant top heater right where you bag and serve.
The Hatco UGFF is an Ultra-Glo portable foodwarmer for holding fries and other fried foods next to the fryer, at a drive-through window or at a pickup station. A ceramic heating element in the aluminum top housing radiates heat down onto the food. The ceramic element gives more distance between the heat source and the pan, which makes the product easier to reach, and a pan skirt holds a 12" x 20" pan. It plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its 6 ft. cord.
Hatco says to always operate it with food pans in place, so order pans with the warmer.

No. Stainless steel food pans, wire trivets and hardcoated fry ribbons (5-pleat box 5PLTBOX, 8-pleat bag 8PLTBAG) are sold separately.
Turn it off, unplug it and let it cool. Wipe it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not submerge it, steam clean it or use a jet spray.
Hatco's limited warranty covers defects for 18 months, counted from shipment or from product registration, whichever is later. Bulbs are not covered.
