A plug-in fry station warmer that holds fries and fried foods hot with ceramic heat from above, a heated base below and two display lights.
The Hatco UGFFBL is an Ultra-Glo portable foodwarmer for fry stations, drive-through windows, pickup counters and serving points. Its ceramic heating element gives more distance between the heat source and the holding pan, which makes it easier to reach the food while it stays at serving temperature. A heated base with a thermostat preset at the factory adds heat from below. It comes pre-wired with a 6 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for a standard 120V outlet and draws 1120 watts. This listing is the Hatco Quick-Ship stock version: 120V with a built-in toggle switch (Hatco Quick-Ship code FFBCL18120T).
Plan an outlet within reach of the 6 ft. cord at the back of the unit.
The ceramic element gives more distance between the heat source and the holding pan, and the compact housing leaves room to scoop and bag.
A built-in ON/OFF toggle switch runs the unit. Allow 15 to 20 minutes to reach operating temperature with empty pans in place.
The base has a preset automatic thermostat to keep holding temperature steady from below. Thermostat changes go through the factory.
Two incandescent display lights with a protective coating light the food; the 9" housing is wider than the 6" unlit version. Halogen or Chef LED bulbs are options.
An aluminum housing at 34 lb. shipping weight plugs in wherever a 120V outlet is close.
A grounded 120V, 60 Hz outlet for the NEMA 5-15P plug on the 6 ft. cord. It draws 1120 watts and 9.3 amps.
The unit is 12.77" wide, 22.46" deep and 22" high. Keep it at least 2" from combustible walls.
The heated base uses an internal thermostat preset at the factory. Hatco asks you to consult the factory if an adjustment is needed. The infinite control option is not offered on Ultra-Glo models.
Hatco lists 5-pleat fry box and 8-pleat fry bag hardcoated ribbons (19-1/4" W x 9-1/4" D x 2" H), food holding pans, wire trivets and Chef LED bulbs.
Clear anodized is standard. At order time you can choose a Designer Color (Warm Red, Black, Gray Granite, White Granite, Navy Blue, Hunter Green, Antique Copper) or a Gloss finish (Gleaming Gold, Glossy Gray, Bold Black, Radiant Red, Brilliant Blue). Non-standard colors are non-returnable; the heated base is not powdercoated.
Hatco keeps this 120V model with a built-in toggle switch in its Quick-Ship stock program (code FFBCL18120T). It is the same UGFFBL as the standard listing.
Hatco's manual gives a limited warranty of one year from purchase, or 18 months from shipment from Hatco, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Light bulbs are not covered.
