A 32.06-inch humidified glass cabinet that holds four full sheet pans of hot food at serving temperature and texture.
The Hatco WFST-1X is a Flav-R-Savor humidified large capacity display cabinet. Prepare food ahead of the rush and move it straight from the oven into the full-view cabinet. Controlled, moisturized heat from both sides keeps serving temperature and texture longer than conventional holding. Two doors give access from one side. The standard build runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
The standard build plugs into an ordinary 120V NEMA 5-15 outlet.
Heat sources on the left and right sides create a blanket of heat around the food.
A 3/4 gallon water reservoir and humidity selector add controlled moisture so food keeps its texture.
The air flow rate brings the cabinet back to its preset temperature quickly after the doors open and close.
The 4-shelf multi-purpose rack holds standard 18" x 26" sheet pans. Shelves adjust in 2" steps and set slanted or flat.
Tempered glass doors and side panels hold heat in and show the food from every side.
Warm white LED lights show the food; neutral white LEDs are a no-cost option at purchase.

Hatco covers it under its limited warranty for 18 months from shipment or product registration. Bulbs, glass and fuses are not covered.
