The Hoshizaki F-330BAK is an air-cooled undercounter ice machine that produces flake ice and includes an 80 lb. storage bin. With a rated production capacity of up to 331 lb. per 24 hours, it is suited to foodservice operations that use flake ice for food displays.
Operation and Design
This unit uses a front-breathing configuration for undercounter placement and operates on 115V, single-phase power. Its CleanCycle24 system performs a two-second water flush each hour to help remove mineral buildup and impurities from the ice-making system.
Specifications
The F-330BAK measures 24 inches wide by 25 11/16 inches deep by 39 inches high. It draws 6.3 amps at 60 Hz and uses R-290 refrigerant with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is BPI Certified, ENERGY STAR Qualified, NSF Certified, UL Certified, made in America, and supplied with an integrated storage bin.
