The Hoshizaki KM-161BAK is an undercounter ice machine designed for foodservice locations that need crescent cube ice in a compact footprint. It can produce up to 156 lb. of ice in 24 hours and includes a 78 lb. storage bin. The self-contained unit measures 23 3/4 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 39 inches high.
This air-cooled model uses a stainless steel KMEdge evaporator and an R-290 refrigerant system. EverCheck alerts and the CycleSaver design support monitoring and operation. Its ADA-compliant construction makes it suited to installations where accessible equipment height is required.
The KM-161BAK operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 3.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It has a 1/4-inch water inlet and is listed with Energy Star, NSF, and UL certifications.
