The Hoshizaki KM-161BWJ is a water-cooled undercounter ice machine designed to produce crescent cubes for foodservice operations. It produces up to 153 lb. of ice in 24 hours and includes a 78 lb. storage bin, providing a compact ice solution for restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial settings.
This stainless steel unit features H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection and the EverCheck alert system. Its CycleSaver design supports efficient operation, while the KM Edge design rinses minerals and impurities from the ice-making system.
The KM-161BWJ measures 23 3/4 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 39 inches high. It operates on 115V, single-phase power at 6.4 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug. This ADA-compliant model uses R-134A refrigerant and carries BPI, NSF, and UL certifications.
