Description
The Hoshizaki KM-1900SAJ is a commercial air-cooled ice machine built for foodservice operations that need a high-volume supply of crescent cube ice. Producing up to 1,875 pounds of ice per day, it is a strong fit for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafeterias, and other busy commercial kitchens where dependable ice production supports daily service.
This model uses Hoshizaki’s KM Edge design to help rinse out most minerals and impurities, supporting clearer crescent cubes. It also includes H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection, along with an EverCheck alert system and CycleSaver design that are intended to support sanitation, energy efficiency, and reduced downtime for cleaning. For operations that need more output in the same footprint, this unit can be stacked for twice the production.
Built for commercial refrigeration and beverage service applications, the KM-1900SAJ runs on 208-230V and is hardwired for installation. It is NSF and UL certified, and its air-cooled design makes it a practical choice for many restaurant equipment setups.
