The Hoshizaki KM-231BAK is an ADA-compliant undercounter ice machine designed for foodservice operations that need a compact source of crescent cube ice. This air-cooled, self-contained unit produces up to 223 lb. of ice in 24 hours and includes an 80 lb. storage bin.
Its stainless steel construction and durable KMEdge evaporator support daily use in restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial settings. The EverCheck alert system and CycleSaver design provide operational monitoring features, while R-290 refrigerant is used in the refrigeration system.
This 24-inch-wide ice machine measures 24 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 39 inches high. It operates on 115V, single-phase, 60 Hz power at 5.2 amps and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is NSF certified, UL certified, and made in America, with a 1/4-inch water inlet connection.
