Compact Crescent Cube Ice Production
The Hoshizaki KM-301BAK is an ADA-compliant undercounter ice machine designed for foodservice operations that need a built-in supply of crescent cube ice. This air-cooled unit produces up to 285 lb. of ice per 24 hours and includes a 100 lb. storage bin. Its 30-inch-wide stainless steel exterior provides a durable finish for restaurant, supermarket, and convenience-store settings.
KM Edge Ice-Making System
This model uses an efficient KM Edge evaporator to produce individual crescent cubes. The CycleSaver design supports efficient operation, while the EverCheck alert system provides machine status alerts. The unit uses R-290 refrigerant and is certified by NSF, UL, and BPI; it is also Made in America.
Electrical and Installation Specifications
The KM-301BAK measures 30 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 39 inches high. It operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 5.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The water inlet connection is 1/4 inch, and the unit is intended for undercounter installation.
