Description
The Hoshizaki KM-301BWJ is a water-cooled undercounter ice machine designed for commercial foodservice locations that need crescent cube ice and integrated storage in a compact footprint. It produces up to 285 lb. of ice in 24 hours and includes a 100 lb. storage bin.
This unit uses Hoshizaki's KM Edge system to help flush minerals and impurities during the ice-making process for clear crescent cubes. H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial protection supports sanitation, while the EverCheck alert system and CycleSaver design provide operational monitoring and efficiency-focused functionality.
The KM-301BWJ measures 30 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 39 inches high and is ADA compliant. It operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power, draws 5.7 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit has a 1/4-inch water inlet and is NSF, UL, BPI, and Made in America certified.
