The Hoshizaki KM-81BAK is an undercounter ice machine designed for foodservice operations that need a compact source of crescent cube ice. It produces up to 98 lb. of ice in 24 hours and includes a 38 lb. storage bin. Its ADA-compliant design measures 17 3/4 inches wide, making it suited to space-conscious restaurant, convenience-store, and supermarket applications.
Durable, Efficient Design
This air-cooled unit uses a stainless steel KMEdge evaporator and R-290 refrigerant. The CycleSaver design supports efficient operation, while the EverCheck alert system provides operating-status notifications. The self-contained cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and is Energy Star Qualified, NSF Certified, and UL Certified.
Electrical and Installation Specifications
The KM-81BAK operates on 115V, single-phase power at 60 Hz and draws 2.4 amps. It has a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 1/4 inch water inlet connection. Overall dimensions are 17 3/4 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 39 inches high.
