The Serv-Ware SHPS-12-LP is a 12" countertop gas hot plate for restaurants, caterers and delis that need extra burners. Two octagonal burners at 25,000 BTU each (50,000 BTU total) sit under heavy-duty cast iron grates, with a full-length seamless drip pan and front-access adjustable pilots. It is built for liquid propane with a natural gas conversion kit included, and it carries cETLus and ETL Sanitation marks.
