Description
The Ice-O-Matic UCG100A is a freestanding undercounter ice machine designed to produce gourmet-style ice for foodservice operations. It produces up to 114 lb. of ice per 24 hours and includes a 48.5 lb. storage bin for ready access during service.
This unit makes gourmet cubes measuring 1 in. x 1 1/4 in. x 1 1/4 in. Its stainless steel construction and fingerprint-resistant plastic exterior support routine use, while the front air intake and discharge help accommodate placement where side ventilation space is limited.
The UCG100A measures 18 1/4 in. wide, 22 1/4 in. deep, and 31 in. high. It operates on 115V, single-phase power with a NEMA 5-15P plug, uses R-290A refrigerant, and has a 3/4 in. water inlet. Adjustable 5 in. to 6 3/4 in. legs provide clearance for cleaning beneath the machine.
