The Icetro IM-2000-WH is the water-cooled, half cube version of the Icetro Maestro IM-1700/2000 modular series. It makes up to 2,006 lb of 3/8" x 1-1/8" x 7/8" cubes in 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 1,821 lb at 90°F air and 70°F water. A self-contained water-cooled condenser and R-410A refrigeration run on 208-230V single phase. The head sits on a separate ice storage bin, which is sold separately.

Water-cooled condenser
The self-contained water-cooled condenser uses 120.9 gal. of condenser water per 100 lb. of ice, with 32,988 BTU/hr heat rejection.
Diagnostic panel
A simple diagnostic panel helps service and maintenance, and a cleaning switch starts the auto cleaning cycle.
Tool-free cleaning
The water distributor tube and water sump come out without tools, and the heavy duty water curtain, pins and hangers remove easily.
Antimicrobial interior
An ABS antimicrobial interior reduces slime, and the improved evaporator section reduces airborne bacteria.
Front service access
Hinged front doors and a split front panel need less space to reach the food zone. Side panel screws come out from the front.

- This water-cooled model needs a cooling water supply and drain in addition to the ice-making water line and drain.
- Icetro recommends the IcePro 2550 water filter (replaces IcePro 2500) and the IBO-150KIT bin-stat kit when the machine is installed on a soda dispenser.
Questions buyers ask
How much ice does it make?
Up to 2,006 lb. per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 1,821 lb. at 90°F air and 70°F water, per the Icetro spec sheet.
Does it come with a bin?
No. The head and bin are sold separately. Icetro shows the IM-1700/2000 series on its IB-085-48 48" bin, which Icetro lists for use with 48" wide IM units.
What electrical service does it need?
208-230V, 60 Hz, single phase, with a minimum circuit ampacity of 19.7 A and a maximum fuse size of 30 A.
What water and drain hookups are needed?
Ice-making water and condenser water each connect with 3/8" FPT, and the ice-making and cooling water drains are 3/4" FPT. Potable water pressure is 20 to 80 psi; condenser water pressure is 20 to 150 psi.
What is the difference from the IM-2000-WC?
Only the ice shape. The IM-2000-WH makes half cube ice, 3/8" x 1-1/8" x 7/8". The IM-2000-WC makes full cubes, 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8". Output and hookups are the same.
What warranty does it have?
Icetro lists 3 years parts and labor on the ice maker, 5 years parts and labor on the evaporator and 5 years parts on the compressor. Registering an IcePro filter adds 1 year of parts and labor on a new machine.
What certifications does it carry?
The Icetro spec sheet and product page show CE, cETLus and ETL Sanitation.
