The Icetro SSM-52 is a two-bowl frozen beverage machine with transparent 2.0-gallon bowls, a durable metal gear motor and spring dispensing handles. A 0.5 HP compressor freezes the mix, and the refrigeration shuts down automatically when the product is frozen. It runs on a standard 115V outlet and fits on a counter 16.6" wide and 15" deep. Icetro notes it dispenses a wide variety of frozen beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
Leave 6" to 8" open on every side; a slush machine pushed against a wall freezes slowly.
Transparent 2.0-gallon bowls let customers see the product. Total capacity is 4 gallons.
Each bowl has its own 67 W metal gear motor, built for long life and reliability.
The refrigeration control stops the compressor automatically once the product is frozen down.

Icetro's product page quotes 20 to 30 minutes in normal conditions. Its service manual lists about 60 minutes at 90°F and 80 minutes at 100°F room temperature, so allow more time on hot days or with warm mix.
Use a slush mix of 13 to 15 Brix (sugar content), primed below 68°F. Mix under 13 Brix overloads the gear motor. For mixes over 15 Brix, Icetro asks you to check with them first. Icetro notes alcoholic frozen drinks can be served.
