The Jackson DISHSTAR is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for foodservice operations that need a compact warewashing solution. It processes up to 24 racks per hour and uses 1.1 gallons of water per rack. Its stainless steel exterior measures 24 1/4 inches wide, 25 inches deep, and 33 5/16 inches high.
A built-in booster heater and Sani-Sure feature support proper rinse-water temperatures. The unit includes chemical pumps, an automatic fill function, a 2-minute automatic cycle, and a deliming cycle. Straightforward controls help staff operate the dishwasher, while two dish racks are included.
This hardwired, single-phase unit operates on 208/230 volts, 60 Hz, and has a 1 hp motor. The wash chamber measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep, and the water inlet connection is 3/4 inch. This item cannot ship to CO, DC, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, VT, or WA.
