The Manitowoc Ice USP0100A-161 CrystalCraft undercounter ice machine produces up to 100 lb. of gourmet-style square cube ice per 24 hours and includes a 38 lb. storage bin. Its compact 19 11/16-inch width supports placement beneath compatible counters in foodservice locations.
Gourmet ice cubes are designed to melt more slowly, helping preserve beverage quality. The unit features an air-cooled condenser, R-290 refrigerant, and a durable stainless steel cabinet with a surface intended for straightforward cleaning. An ice scoop is included with the storage bin.
This 115V, single-phase ice machine operates at 60 Hz and draws 10 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and adjustable legs to help accommodate the installation space.
