The Maxx Cold MVR29SHC is a V-Series 1-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep station. The top holds 8 1/6-size pans behind a 11.42-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board, and the base holds 7.2 cu. ft. with room for full-size sheet pans.
