The Maxx Cold MVR72SHC is a V-Series 3-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep station. The top holds 18 1/6-size pans behind a 11.42-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board, and the base holds 20.5 cu. ft. with room for full-size sheet pans. It holds 33°F to 40°F and runs on a standard 115V outlet at 3.9 A.
