The Maxx Cold MXCR48SHC is an X-Series 2-door refrigerated sandwich and salad prep station. The top holds 12 1/6-size pans behind a 11.42-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board that is removable and reversible, and the base holds 12 cu. ft. with room for full-size sheet pans. It holds 33°F to 41°F and runs on a standard 115V outlet at 4.3 A.
