The Maxx Cold MXSR48SHC is a Select Series 2-door refrigerated sandwich and salad station with hinged food covers over an open well. The well holds 6 1/3-size or 12 1/6-size pans and the base holds 13.8 cu. ft. A removable, reversible cutting board gives you a work surface, and the unit holds 33°F to 41°F on a standard 115V outlet at 4.3 A.
The cabinet is 30.3" deep and 45.4" tall; allow room for the door swing.
The open well takes 1/3, 1/2 or full-size pans without adapters, and has slots for standard adapter bars for 1/6 pans. It comes with 6 1/3-size pans.
Hinged covers keep the well contents fresh and cool through the day.
A removable, reversible cutting board gives you a work surface in front of the pans.
13.8 cu. ft. below the work surface with 2 adjustable wire shelves, one per door. Self-closing stainless doors have integrated handles.
