Stack two Turbofan E22M3 or E23M3 half-size convection ovens on one mobile base.
The Moffat Turbofan DSK22/23C is the caster double stacking kit for the Turbofan E22M3 and E23M3 half-size manual convection ovens, for cafes, bakeries and restaurants that need two ovens in one spot and want to roll them out for cleaning. It is a stainless steel base stand on four 3" swivel casters, two of them locking, with an oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Two ovens on the kit take a 24" wide space, 60.75" high with E22M3 ovens or 65.13" with E23M3 ovens.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat lists it for the Turbofan E22M3 and E23M3 half-size manual convection ovens. It stacks two ovens of the same model: two E22M3 or two E23M3.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only; the photo shows it with two E22M3 ovens. Moffat's caster double-stack models (E22M3/2C, E23M3/2C) are two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Two E22M3 ovens on this kit stand 60.75" high; two E23M3 ovens stand 65.13" high. Both stacks are 24" wide. The casters add 3.25" over the adjustable-feet kit.
Do the casters lock?
The two front casters are dual wheel with a swivel lock. All four are 3" diameter swivel casters.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 casters, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. It ships knocked down in one 40 lb carton.
What power do the ovens need?
Each oven has its own cord. An E22M3 plugs into a 110-120V outlet (NEMA 5-15P, 12 A); an E23M3 needs 208V, 13 A or 220-240V, 12 A (NEMA 6-15P). Plan one outlet per oven.
How much clearance does the stack need?
The same as the ovens: 1" at the rear and on each side, and 12" from sources of heat.
