Stack two Turbofan E27, E28 or E31 convection ovens in the floor space of one.
The Moffat Turbofan DSK27/28/31 is the double stacking kit for the Turbofan E27M2, E27M3, E28M4 and E31D4 convection ovens, for bakeries, cafes and restaurants short on floor space. It is an all stainless steel base stand on four adjustable feet with an oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Two ovens on the kit take a 31.88" wide space and stand 61.88" to 66.13" high, depending on the oven model.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat lists it for the Turbofan E27M2, E27M3 and E28M4 full-size manual ovens and the E31D4 digital oven. It stacks two ovens of the same model, for example two E27M3.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only. Moffat's double-stack models (E27M2/2, E27M3/2, E28M4/2, E31D4/2) are two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Two E27M2 or E27M3 ovens stand 61.88" high, two E31D4 ovens 63.38" and two E28M4 ovens 66.13". Every stack is 31.88" wide, and the bottom oven sits 17.88" off the floor.
Can I add casters later?
No. Moffat says casters cannot be retrofitted in the field for this adjustable-feet kit. If you need a mobile stack, order the DSK27/28/31C caster kit instead.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 adjustable feet, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a stainless steel bottom oven vent extension. It ships knocked down in one 42 lb carton.
What power do the ovens need?
Each oven needs its own supply. E27M2: 208V, 13 A or 220-240V, 12 A (NEMA 6-15P). E27M3: 208V, 20 A or 220-240V, 19.6 A (NEMA 6-20P). E28M4: 208V, 25.8 A or 220-240V, 25 A, no cord supplied. E31D4: 208V, 13.9 A or 220-240V, 12.9 A (NEMA 6-15P).
How much clearance does the stack need?
Follow the ovens' clearances. E27M2, E27M3 and E28M4: 1" at the rear and each side. E31D4: 8" top, 2" rear, 2" left, 3" right. All need 12" from sources of heat.
