Stack two Turbofan E33 half-size convection ovens in the floor space of one.
The Moffat Turbofan DSKE33 is the double stacking kit for the Turbofan E33D5 and E33T5 half-size electric convection ovens, for cafes, bakeries and restaurants short on floor space. It is an all stainless steel base stand on four adjustable feet with an oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Two ovens on the kit stand 67.75" high in a 24" x 28.75" footprint.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat lists it for the Turbofan E33D5 (digital) and E33T5 (touch screen) half-size electric convection ovens. Moffat's spec sheets describe it for stacking two E33D5 ovens or two E33T5 ovens.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only. Moffat's double-stack models are two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Two ovens on this kit stand 67.75" high, 24" wide and 28.75" deep. The bottom oven sits 14.13" off the floor and the top oven 42.25".
Can I add casters later?
No. Moffat says casters cannot be retrofitted in the field for this adjustable-feet kit. If you need a mobile stack, order the DSKE33C caster kit instead.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 adjustable feet, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Moffat's product page also lists pan slides.
Does each oven need its own power supply?
Moffat lists the electrical requirements per oven, so plan a separate supply for each one. An E33D5 needs 208V, 27.8 A or 220-240V, 25 A; an E33T5 needs 208V, 26 A or 220-240V, 25 A.
How much clearance does the stack need?
The same as the ovens: 2" at the rear, 2" on the left, 3" on the right, 12" from heat sources, and 20" for service on a fixed installation.
