Stack a Turbofan E33 half-size convection oven on a P10M proofer/holding cabinet.
The Moffat Turbofan DSKE33P10 is the double stacking kit for mounting a Turbofan E33D5 or E33T5 half-size electric convection oven on a P10M proofer/holding cabinet, for cafes, bakeries and convenience stores that proof and bake in a tight space. The finished stack is 24" wide, 26 3/4" deep and 65 1/2" high and rolls on the proofer's castors.

Why does Moffat's site show DSKE33P10M?
Moffat's US website names the kit DSKE33P10M; Moffat's price list uses DSKE33P10. Both describe the double stacking kit for E33 ovens on a P10M.
Are the oven and proofer included?
No. This is the stacking kit only; the oven and the proofer are sold separately.
How big is the finished stack?
Moffat's E33T5/P10M sheet gives 24" wide, 26 3/4" deep and 65 1/2" high, with the oven sitting on top of the 40" tall P10M.
Can the stack be moved?
The stack stands on the P10M's four 3" castors: two front swivel castors with locks and two rigid rear castors.
What power does the stack need?
The kit needs none, but each unit needs its own supply. The E33 oven is hard-wired with no cordset (208V or 220-240V, 1-phase). The P10M plugs into a 110-120V outlet with its NEMA 5-15P cord (11.6 A).
How much clearance does the stack need?
Moffat specifies 2" at the rear, 2" on the left, 3" on the right and 12" from heat sources; fixed installations need 20" for service.
