The Moffat Turbofan DSKE35-26C is the caster double stacking kit for the Turbofan E35D6-26 and E35T6-26 six-pan full-size electric convection ovens, for bakeries and high-volume kitchens that need two ovens in one spot and want to roll them out for cleaning. It is an all stainless steel base stand on four 3" swivel casters, two of them locking, with an oven spacer frame and a bottom oven vent extension. Two ovens on the kit stand 77.5" high and 35.88" wide.

Check your ceiling and hood height: the stack is 77.5" tall. This is the caster version; the adjustable-feet version is DSKE35-26. Ovens are sold separately.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat's spec sheets list it for stacking two Turbofan E35D6-26 (digital) or two E35T6-26 (touch screen) full-size electric convection ovens.
Are the ovens included?
No. This is the stacking kit only; the photo shows it with two E35D6-26 ovens. Moffat's caster double-stack models (E35D6-26/2C, E35T6-26/2C) are two individual ovens plus this kit, assembled on site.
How tall is the stack?
Moffat gives 77.5" high and 35.88" wide for two ovens on the caster stand, the same as the adjustable-feet version.
Do the casters lock?
The two front casters are dual wheel with a swivel lock. All four are 3" diameter swivel casters.
What is in the kit?
A welded stainless steel base stand on 4 casters, a stainless steel oven spacer frame and a stainless steel bottom oven vent extension. It ships knocked down in one 41 lb carton.
Does each oven need its own power supply?
Yes. Each oven is hard-wired with no cord supplied. Per oven, Moffat lists 208V, 54 A single phase or 31 A per phase three phase, and 220-240V, 52 A single phase or 30 A per phase three phase; the phase is specified when the oven is ordered. The optional steam injection needs a cold water line with a 3/4" GHT connection per oven.
How much clearance does the stack need?
The same as the ovens: 2" at the rear and on each side, 12" from heat sources, and 20" for service on a fixed installation.
