The Moffat Turbofan DSKE35P85 is the stacking kit for mounting a Turbofan E35 full-size electric convection oven on a P85 proofer/holding cabinet, for bakeries, cafes and restaurants that proof and bake in a small space. With an E35 oven on a P85M8 the stack is 35 7/8" wide, 36 3/8" deep and 70 1/8" high and rolls on the proofer's castors.

Which oven and proofer does it fit?
Moffat lists the DSKE35P85 for stacking a Turbofan E35 full-size convection oven on a P85 proofer/holding cabinet. Moffat's US stack sheets show the E35D6-26 (digital) and E35T6-26 (touch screen) on a P85M8. For a P85M12, call us to confirm before ordering.
Are the oven and proofer included?
No. This is the stacking kit only; the oven and the proofer are sold separately.
How big is the finished stack?
An E35 oven on a P85M8 stands 70 1/8" (1783 mm) high, 35 7/8" wide and 36 3/8" (923 mm) deep, per Moffat's stack sheets.
Can the stack be moved?
The stack stands on the P85M8's four 3" castors: two front swivel castors with locks and two rigid rear castors.
What power does the stack need?
The kit needs none, but each unit needs its own supply. The E35 oven is hard-wired with no cordset: 208V (54 A 1-phase or 31 A per phase 3-phase) or 220-240V (52 A 1-phase or 30 A per phase 3-phase). The P85M8 plugs into a 110-120V outlet with its NEMA 5-15P cord (11.6 A).
How much clearance does the stack need?
Moffat specifies 2" at the rear and on each side and 12" from heat sources; fixed installations need 20" for service.
Can I stack two P85M8 proofers instead?
Yes, with a different kit: Moffat uses the DSKP85 for two P85M8 proofers.
