The Moffat Turbofan DSKG32P8 is the double stacking kit for mounting a Turbofan G32D5 full-size digital gas convection oven on a P8M 8-tray proofer/holding cabinet, for bakeries, cafes and restaurants that proof and bake in a small space. Moffat includes a spacer frame. The finished stack is 28 7/8" wide and 31 7/8" deep and rolls on the proofer's castors.
