The Moffat Turbofan DSKH8FSUC/H10FS is the double stacking kit named for the Turbofan H8-FS-UC undercounter and H10-FS full-size electric holding cabinets, for restaurants, bakeries and caterers that want more hot holding without more floor space. Both cabinets share a 28 7/8" wide, 31 7/8" deep footprint.

Which cabinets does it fit?
Moffat's model number names the Turbofan H8-FS-UC undercounter and H10-FS full-size holding cabinets: the H8D-FS-UC or H8T-FS-UC with the H10D-FS or H10T-FS. Moffat publishes no US spec sheet for the kit itself, so call us to confirm your setup before ordering.
Are the holding cabinets included?
No. This is the stacking kit only; the cabinets are sold separately.
I have half-size cabinets. Is this the right kit?
No. The half-size H8-UC and H10 cabinets use the DSKH8UC/H10 kit.
How big are the cabinets?
Both are 28 7/8" wide and 31 7/8" deep. The H8-FS-UC is 31 7/8" high on 2 1/2" castors and the H10-FS is 40" high on 3" castors, per Moffat's spec sheets.
What power do the cabinets need?
The kit needs none. Each cabinet plugs into its own 208-240V outlet with a NEMA 6-15P cord and draws 8.5 A, so plan two 6-15 outlets.
How much clearance do the cabinets need?
Moffat specifies 1" at the rear, 0" at the sides and 12" from heat sources for each cabinet.
