Stack two Turbofan P8M proofer/holding cabinets in the floor space of one.
The Moffat Turbofan DSKP8 is the double stacking kit for the Turbofan P8M full-size proofer/holding cabinet, for bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants that need more proofing or holding space without more floor space. The all stainless steel spacer frame stacks two P8M cabinets into a 70 1/2" tall unit that holds 16 full-size sheet pans in a 28 7/8" x 31 7/8" footprint.

Which proofers does it fit?
Moffat specifies the DSKP8 for double stacking two Turbofan P8M full-size 8-tray proofer/holding cabinets, including as an aftermarket kit for cabinets you already own.
Are the proofers included?
No. This is the stacking kit only. Moffat's P8M/2 double stack is two individual P8M cabinets plus this kit, assembled on site.
What is in the kit?
An all stainless steel spacer frame. It ships in one 15 lb carton.
How tall is the stack?
Two P8M cabinets on this kit stand 70 1/2" high, 28 7/8" wide and 31 7/8" deep; the top cabinet starts about 39 3/8" off the floor.
Can the stack be moved?
The stack stands on the bottom P8M's four 3" castors: two front swivel castors with locks and two rigid rear castors.
What power does the stack need?
The kit needs none. Each P8M plugs into its own 110-120V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P cord and draws 11.6 A, so plan two outlets.
How much clearance does the stack need?
Moffat specifies 0" at the rear and left side, 1" on the right side and 12" from heat sources.
