The Moffat Turbofan E23D3 is a half-size digital convection oven for cafes, bakeries, delis and restaurants with limited space. It holds three 18" x 13" sheet pans, stores 20 three-stage programs, adds steam at five levels, and uses a bi-directional reversing fan for even baking. It fits in 24" of counter width and plugs into a 208V or 220-240V NEMA 6-15 receptacle.

What power does it need?
Moffat lists two single-phase options: 208V at 2.7 kW, or 220-240V at 3.0 kW. Tell us which supply you have when you order.
What outlet does it use?
It comes with a NEMA 6-15P cord and plug, so you need a matching 250V 15 A receptacle, not a standard 120V outlet. Call us to confirm the amp draw for your circuit before ordering.
How many pans does it hold?
Three half-size 18" x 13" sheet pans, on three rack positions spaced 3 1/3" apart. Three wire racks are included. It does not take full-size sheet pans.
Does it need a water line?
Only for steam injection. Connect a cold water line at 20 to 80 psi to use the 5 steam levels or manual injection; without water it works as a dry convection oven.
Can I save recipes?
Yes. Store up to 20 programs with up to 3 cooking stages each, with an alarm at the end of each stage, or cook in manual mode.
How much counter space does it need?
It is 24" wide, 25.25" deep and 23.88" high on its 3" feet. Leave 1" behind and on each side and 12" from heat sources. The drop-down door opens 15.13" forward.
Can I put it on a stand or stack two?
Yes. Moffat offers the SK23 stand (58.5" total height with the oven) and the DSK2223 (feet) or DSK2223C (casters) double stacking kits. All are sold separately.
What does the warranty cover?
Moffat warrants new equipment installed in the US against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first, for commercial use. Light bulbs, rubber seals and broken glass doors are not covered.
