The Moffat Turbofan E27M3 is a manual full-size electric convection oven for cafes, delis, convenience stores and small kitchens. It holds three 18" x 26" sheet pans, heats from 150 to 500°F with a reversing fan, and comes with a NEMA 6-20P plug for 208V or 220-240V single-phase power. It sits on a counter on 3" feet, or on Moffat's SK2731U stand.

Questions buyers ask
What outlet does it need?
It comes with a NEMA 6-20P cord and plug, so it needs a matching 20 A receptacle on a 208V or 220-240V single-phase circuit. It draws 4.2 kW and 20 A at 208V, or 4.7 kW and 19.6 A at 220-240V. Tell us your voltage when you order.
Will it plug into a regular 120V wall outlet?
No. The E27M3 runs only on 208V or 220-240V single-phase power.
How many pans does it hold?
Three full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, loaded side to side on three rack positions spaced 3 1/3" apart. Three wire racks are included.
How much space does it need?
It is 31.88" wide, 30" deep and 23.88" high on its 3" feet. Leave 8" above, 1" behind and 1" on each side, keep it 12" from heat sources, and allow 15.13" in front for the drop-down door.
Does the timer turn the oven off?
No. The 60-minute timer sounds a buzzer and lights the time-up indicator; the oven keeps heating until you turn the temperature control to Off.
Can I put it on a stand or stack two?
Yes. Moffat offers the SK2731U stand (58.5" total height with the oven) and the DSK272831 double stacking kit, on feet, or DSK272831C, on casters. Each is sold separately.
How do I clean it?
The side racks, fan baffle, door seal and inner door glass all come out without tools. Wash them with a mild detergent and hot water; avoid abrasive pads. Moffat recommends a service check every 6 months.
What does the warranty cover?
Moffat warrants new equipment installed in the US against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first, for commercial use. Light bulbs, rubber seals and broken glass doors are not covered.
