The Moffat Turbofan E32T5 is a full-size touch screen electric convection oven for bakeries, cafes, restaurants and caterers. It holds five 18" x 26" sheet pans, runs saved multi-stage programs or a separate timer on each shelf, adds moisture at five levels, and uses a 2-speed reversing fan. It fits in 28.88" of counter width and runs on 208V or 220-240V single-phase power.

Questions buyers ask
What power does it need?
Moffat lists two electrical options on one model: 208V, 1-phase, 5.8 kW, 28 A, or 220-240V, 1-phase, 6.5 kW, 27 A, both at 60 Hz. Tell us which supply you have when you order.
Does it come with a plug?
No. Moffat supplies no cordset; a qualified electrician connects it through the terminal block, and the manual calls for an isolation switch next to the oven.
Do I need a water line?
Only for moisture mode. It takes a 3/4" GHT cold water connection (brass adaptor supplied) at 20 to 80 psi; without water it works as a dry convection oven.
Can I cook different items on different shelves?
Yes. Shelf mode sets a separate timer for each shelf at one oven temperature, with an alarm as each shelf finishes.
How many pans does it hold?
Five full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans on five rack positions spaced 3 1/3" apart. Five wire racks are included.
How much space does it need?
It is 28.88" wide, 31.88" deep and 28.75" high on its 3" feet. Leave 8" above, 2" behind, 2" on the left and 3" on the right, 12" from heat sources, and 20" on the right for service on a fixed installation. The side-hinged door swings out 22.75".
Can I put it on a stand or stack two?
Yes. Moffat offers the SK32 stand (63.13" total height with the oven) and the DSKE32 double stacking kit (also listed as DSK32), or DSKE32C on casters; each is sold separately.
What does the warranty cover?
Moffat warrants new equipment installed in the US against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first, for commercial use. Light bulbs, rubber seals and broken glass doors are not covered.
