The Moffat Turbofan H8T-FS-UC is a full-size undercounter heated holding cabinet for restaurants, cafeterias, caterers and quick-service kitchens. It takes 8 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, holds them at 68-194°F, and runs on a 208-240V single-phase circuit with its fitted NEMA 6-15P plug. Its touch screen gives every shelf its own hold timer, and it pairs with Turbofan E32T convection ovens.

What outlet does it need?
A 208-240V single-phase circuit with a receptacle that matches its fitted NEMA 6-15P plug; it draws 2.05 kW, 8.5 A. Moffat calls for a clearly marked isolation switch next to the cabinet.
What pans does it hold?
8 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans on 2 7/8" spacing.
How do the shelf timers work?
Each shelf has its own hold timer on the 5.7" touch screen: pick the product, the shelf turns green and counts down, then turns red with a buzzer when the hold time ends. The hold temperature is one setting for the whole cabinet, and product programs can be copied by USB.
Will it fit under my counter?
It is 31.88" high including its 2.5" casters, 28.88" wide and 31.88" deep. Measure the clear height under your counter and leave 1" behind it.
How much space does it need?
It is 28.88" wide and 31.88" deep. It needs 1" behind it, 0" at the sides, and 12" from the sides to any heat source. The door swings out 22.63".
Does it need a water line or drain?
Moffat lists no water or drain connection. Door condensation runs from a channel below the door into a removable condensation drawer; empty it regularly and wipe it out once a week.
How do I clean it?
Lift out the side racks weekly and wash them and the interior with a mild detergent and hot water. The door seal pulls out without tools for washing.
What does the warranty cover?
Moffat warrants new equipment installed in the US against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first, for commercial use. Light bulbs, rubber seals and broken glass doors are not covered.
