The Moffat Turbofan SK23 is the stainless steel stand for the Turbofan E22M3 and E23M3 half-size convection ovens, for cafes, delis and bakeries that want the oven off the counter. It is 24" wide, has 6 runners for half-size sheet pans and rolls on four 3" casters, with locks on the front two. The oven is not included.

Which ovens does it fit?
Moffat makes the SK23 for its Turbofan E22 and E23 Series half-size ovens and lists the E22M3 and E23M3 for it. The top frame supports are shaped to suit those ovens.
Is the oven included?
No. This is the stand only. The oven is sold separately.
How many pans can I store under the oven?
The stand has 6 tray runners for half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans.
How tall is it with the oven on top?
The stand is 34.63" high on its casters. Moffat's drawing shows 56.63" overall with an E22M3 on top, and the Turbofan brochure lists 58.5" with an E23M3.
Does it lock in place?
Yes. It rolls on four 3" swivel casters, and the two front casters have both wheel and swivel locks.
Does it come assembled?
No. Moffat ships it knocked down in one 40 lb carton for assembly on site.
