Description
Hold sheet pans inside a reach-in refrigerator instead of on wire shelves.
The Serv-Ware CWP-RR-07-V is a 7-pan rack made to stand inside a reach-in refrigerator, so pans slide in on runners rather than sitting stacked on shelves. It suits bakeries, restaurants and prep kitchens that cool or hold product on pans.
