The Pegasus CO28B is a 28" charcoal oven for steakhouses, grill restaurants and kebab shops that want real charcoal flavor. It works at up to 500°C (932°F) on a 22.04" x 20.62" grill rack and cooks up to 44 lb of meat per hour. It has an ash drawer, a standard hood and a stainless steel body.
