Description
Roast up to 18 chickens at a time behind glass, where customers can see them turning.

It holds up to 18 chickens, runs on 68,000 BTU of gas with a separate temperature control for each burner, and fits on a 47" wide counter or stand. Tempered glass doors put the roasting on display, and the all-stainless steel body wipes clean.
