Description
Fry fries, wings and fish on electric power in a 40 lb fryer only 15.5" wide.
The Pegasus FR-40E is a 40 lb electric floor fryer for restaurants, takeout shops and caterers, and for kitchens without a gas line. Its 14 kW element heats an 18 L (4.75 gal) stainless steel frypot under thermostatic control, with a safety thermostat for overheat protection. It runs on 208V 3-phase or, after a field conversion, 1-phase, and takes only 15.51" of line space.
